Hi, I’m Hallie.

I’m so glad you’re here.

My own journey toward Self-Leadership began with learning to relate to my inner world differently. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), I began getting to know the many parts of myself with more curiosity and compassion, understanding why they had learned to protect me in the ways they did, and listening more closely to what they needed. Over time, something shifted. Insights I had understood intellectually began to become ways of actually living.

I became more trusting of my own inner wisdom, more able to recognize and honor my needs, and more willing to make choices rooted in what felt authentic and true. I learned that healing did not require becoming someone different. So much of it was about developing a different relationship with the person who was already here.

That experience deeply informs the way I accompany others now. I believe that you already hold wisdom about what you need, what matters to you, what you long for, and the life that feels like yours. My role is not to give you those answers. It is to create a compassionate, curious space where we can listen for them together.

My approach is grounded in Self-Leadership and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am also a Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach, and I draw from Wayfinder tools, felt-sense practices, and the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Depending on what feels supportive, our time together might include deep inner exploration, spacious reflection, creative inquiry, practical tools, or simply making room for something that needs to be witnessed.

Through all of it, I trust that your system makes sense. Your nuances matter. All of your parts are welcome. And you cannot get this wrong.
