Nice to meet you!
I’m so glad you’re here.
My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work in general, which informs how I hold space—with compassion, curiosity, and trust in your inner wisdom. I also draw from the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which support honest, heart-centered dialogue rooted in empathy and shared humanity.
When I first "met IFS"—as my mentor Christine Dixon of The Ordinary Sacred beautifully puts it—my life began to shift in profound ways. Parts work helped me move from talking about change to truly embodying it. It bridged the gap between insight and integration, bringing more ease, self-trust, and compassion into both my inner world and daily life. As I experienced this transformation firsthand, I felt a deep pull to share these tools with others on their own journeys.
