Q&A

Authenticity isn't a personality trait you either have or don't—it's a practice of coming home to yourself. It means knowing your own inner landscape: the parts of you that protect, the parts that carry old pain, and the wise, centered place within you that can hold them all with compassion.
When you lead yourself from that centered place, your choices start to reflect who you actually are—not who you were told to be, or who fear has shaped you into. That's when life begins to feel less like performance and more like alignment.
This is the work. And it changes everything.

Parts work is the practice of getting to know yourself from the inside out—recognizing that you are not one fixed, singular self, but a beautifully complex inner world made up of many parts.
Parts work invites you to turn toward your inner world with curiosity rather than judgment. Instead of trying to silence, fix, or override the parts of you that feel difficult, we get to know them—what they're carrying, what they need, and what they've been working so hard to protect. When a part feels genuinely seen and understood, it no longer has to work so hard. It softens. And in that softening, your natural wisdom—calm, clear, and grounded—has more room to lead.
This is the foundation of everything we do together.

At the heart of this work is a simple but powerful belief: the wisdom you're looking for already lives within you. My role is to gently and safely support you in pausing, tuning in, and accessing it.
We do that through parts work—exploring your inner landscape with nonjudgmental curiosity, so that every part of you feels welcomed, seen, heard, and understood. This matters because so much of our suffering comes from the pressure to fix, fight, or hide the parts of ourselves we've deemed too much, too broken, or too complicated. When we stop struggling against ourselves and instead bring curiosity and compassionate witness to our inner world, something shifts. The weight of self-criticism begins to lift. Our parts soften. And our natural presence—calm, clear, and wise—gets to lead.
From that place, choices and possibilities that once felt out of reach begin to open up. You can lead your life from grounded wholeness and deep trust in your own wisdom. You can be your whole self, come as you are, and embody a sense of safety within that.
Perhaps you’re:
Navigating a life transition or experiencing grief
Feeling ongoing self-criticism, anxiety, or a lack of trust in yourself
Struggling to connect with your anger, needs, or desires
Feeling stuck, lost, or pulled in different directions
Repeating patterns that no longer serve you
Navigating difficulty in your relationships
Seeking your calling or wanting to connect with your inherent gifts
Interested in pre-journey support or post-psychedelic integration
Curious about your dreams (I offer Jungian/Gestalt-style dream work)
Or sitting with anything else that feels ready to be explored
A few things worth knowing as you consider this work:
Curiosity is often the first step toward insight and inner peace—and getting to know yourself can actually be fun. We'll always welcome and make space for the parts of you that feel scared or hesitant about going inward.
Your nuances matter. Every detail of your experience is valuable information. And throughout all of it: you are not alone, you make sense, and you cannot get this wrong.

I am based in Portland, Oregon, and support clients of all ages locally and around the world. I work with most of my clients on the phone or on video, and also offer a voice note support option for established clients. I do work with a few clients in person in Portland, and hope to offer sessions alongside donkeys in the future.

If you’re sitting with something big, or interested in deeply understanding your parts, I believe there’s real value in meeting weekly or bi-weekly for at least 3 months to build a strong foundation. My intention is that — through our time together — you’ll develop a trusting, compassionate relationship with your inner world — one where you feel more and more confident navigating what arises from a place of Self-leadership. After a few months, we can check in to see whether your system could still benefit from regular support or if you feel ready to continue your practice more independently. You can't get it wrong! Once you're ready to navigate more independently, you can always return if something feels too big to hold alone.
Once you’ve become an established client, you’re also welcome to book one-off sessions as needed — for moments of acute emotion or polarization, big life transitions, dreaming and scheming, dream analysis, or times when you simply feel called to connect with your inner world in a compassionate space.
It is important to me that these offerings are accessible to as many people as possible. If you're not in the financial position to pay my rates, please feel free to reach out to me via the Contact Form and we can discuss options.

Through my own journey with this work, I've experienced shifts that continue to ripple into every area of my life.
My inner critics and perfectionist parts have softened. I've stopped trying to earn love or prove my worth. Codependent patterns have relaxed—I trust that others are on the exact right path for them, and I for me. I pause before reacting now, checking in with myself before choosing how to respond. My people-pleasing part has quieted enough that saying no, setting boundaries, and expressing my needs no longer feel dangerous.
Most of all, I trust myself. My own inner wisdom. My own North Star. And for the first time, my choices feel like mine—rooted in authenticity rather than fear, approval, or the parts of me that were simply doing their best to keep me safe.
These shifts don't just bring more ease and joy to my own life—they deepen the way I hold space for my clients, as a living example of what becomes possible when we meet ourselves with curiosity and compassion.
