Demo Session

A Live IFS Session

Below you'll find a session in which I guide my dear friend, David. Every session is as unique as the person and the parts that show up. It's completely understandable if some of your parts watch this and wonder whether this is how you're supposed to show up, too. But I share this not as an example of how a session should look, but simply as a glimpse into what exploring your inner world together can look like. There is no right way to do this, and all of you is welcome, exactly as you are.
